EPA and other flange systems with accessories

Bleyer connection pieces:

This flange system consists of one flange with and one without a collar and the corresponding connecting pliers.

The collar of the “male” connection piece is used for centering and simple connection of the two flanges.

This also provides a “flow direction” for the exhaust medium, which reduces turbulence.
The flange with collar has an integrated high-temperature resistant graphite gasket.

This system is compatible with Marman flanges (EPA flanges)!

System clamping pliers:

These pliers are similar to grip pliers with two half-shells.
Due to their handling-friendly design, this version is often used for quick set-up on the test bench.
For this purpose, the two half-shells and the flange surfaces are placed and the pliers are clamped.

Clamp pliers:

Two half-shells are closed with a connecting link and a handle.
Due to their compact design, this version is often used in confined spaces, for example
