Plug-in anchor
Function
The plug-in anchor is inserted into a floor socket and clamped therein without tools by means of a locking lever. Sufficient floor sockets should be installed in the dynamometer floor for all vehicle lengths and rod variants.
The plug-in anchor can be used for both hook fixation and wheel hub fixation.
Construction heights
S. Bleyer GmbH offers the plug-in anchor in construction heights of 320 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm, depending on the size of the test vehicle. The construction height of an anchor is defined as the distance between the centre of the rod holder and the dynamometer floor.
Overall height 320 mm: Wheel diameter 430 mm to 770 mm.
Overall height 400 mm: Towing eye or trailer hitch between 310 mm and 490 mm above dynamometer floor. Wheel diameter over 750 mm.
Overall height 500 mm: Towing eye or trailer hitch between 410 mm and 590 mm above dynamometer floor.
Note: 500 plug-in anchors should not be used for diagonal rods. High sliding anchors should always be used here.
Sliding anchor
Function and installation
The sliding anchor is placed on the mounting rails at the appropriate fixing position. Then the nuts of all sliding blocks are tightened to secure the sliding anchor in this position.
It can be used for both hook fixation and wheel hub fixation.
Construction heights
The standard heights are 300 mm, 400 mm and 500 mm. The height-adjustable sliding anchors are infinitely variable between 320 mm and 480 mm or between
360 mm and 520 mm. The overall height of an anchor is defined as the distance between the centre of the rod holder and the dynamometer floor.
Overall height 300 mm: Towing eye or trailer hitch between 210 mm and 390 mm above dynamometer floor. Wheel diameter up to 750 mm.
Overall height 400 mm: Towing eye or trailer coupling between 310 mm and 490 mm above dynamometer floor. Wheel diameter over 750 mm.
Overall height 500 mm: Towing eye or trailer coupling between 410 mm and 590 mm above dynamometer floor.
